Andrew Seton 

Andrew completed his law degree in 1986. After working in both small and large law firms, in London, he returned to set up & practice in Mt Albert in 1997 where he has now been working in excess of 25 years. There have been some busy years in practice and the firm now services a large client base.

Stewart West

Stewart, a Conveyancing Practitioner (NZSOC) and Fellow of the NZILE, joined the firm in January 2008. Stewart is renowned for his skills in conveyancing, subdivisions and estates. Undertaking practice management to support Andrew, Stewart is the resident proplem solver possessing tenacious research and negotiation abilities to the benefit of the practice and his clients. Highly regarded by clients and other legal professionals Stewart is well known for his herculean stamina for hard work and getting things done.

Outside of the office, Stewart enjoys an active fitness lifestyle, and adventures / travel with his wife and grown family.

Lee Griffiths

Lee joined Andrew Seton Law in June 2019. Lee qualified as a Legal Executive in 1998 and has over 20 years experience in conveyancing, wills and trusts. Lee brings years of experience to our growing team and a thoroughness to files which clients appreciate.

GaganDeep Kaur (gia)

Gia completed her law degree in 2009. She now joins Andrew Seton Law and comes with a wealth of experience in general law practice. Gia takes a detail-oriented and analytical approach helping clients achieve their goals and protecting their interests. Specialising in sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, refinancing and Occupation Licences, Estate planning and Immigration. Gia brings a wealth of knowledge to our growing team, providing a level of thoroughness in her work that clients truly appreciate. Gia is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Fiji Hindi. She is married and loves spending time with her twin boys.
